FINAL FORMS Instructions(click link) -Everything must be complete in Final Forms before a student-athlete can participate in tryouts -You can upload into Final Forms starting on 5/1/24 -Physicals must be dated after 4/15/24 and the boxes regarding being cleared must be checked and signed.   -ALL pages of the physical form must be uploaded, not just the first page.

Girls Soccer Tryouts, 2024

Soccer next year will mirror the high school seasons.  Because of this, girls tryouts and practice will begin before school starts.  Please refer to the calendar for dates.  

There will be two tryout dates this year June 4th - June 6th from 9 am - 11 am and July 29th - July 31st from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Hunter’s soccer field. Please try to attend at least one. If you didn't get to attend the first tryout, please come to conditioning training.

Required Forms: Student-Athletes WILL NOT be able to tryout if any of the forms are missing or incomplete. All forms are available in the main office.

1)      Physical Form-Signed by Physician and dated after APRIL 15, 2024

*Please have this completed prior to the first day so the student-athlete is able to participate the first day*

2)      Consent Form- Completed by Parent/Guardian and Student-Athlete

3)      Cardiac Arrest Form- Completed by Parent/Guardian and Student-Athlete

4)      Concussion Form- Completed by Parent/Guardian and Student-Athlete 

Students CANNOT try out without all forms completed. 

IMPORTANT: All students trying out MUST wear shin guards and cleats.

Parents interested in watching tryouts are required to view tryouts from the top of the hill.

 If your child makes the team please be aware of the following:

  1. Conditioning Training is July 22nd-26th from 11-1p
  2. Each player must attend all practices, which will be from 2:30 – 4:00 Monday – Thursday once school starts on August 7th.
  3. Players must be picked up by 4:00 each day
  4. ***Fees***

·         $25 General Athletic Fee to be paid one time for the entire year for all sports that the student participates in. (New for 2023-2024 school year)

·         $ 35 Soccer Fee (covers annual cost of field paint, weed control and fertilization, soccer  equipment, ref fees, etc.)
